Student discipline
Do not memorize this as a fixed prediction. Use it as a method: identify the factor, check condition, compare supporting layers, then write a useful answer.
Transits are the current sky
Transits show where planets are moving now relative to the natal chart. They are like weather: meaningful, sometimes intense, but not the whole climate of a life. The natal chart and dasha decide whether a transit is background noise or a major activation.
Slow transits from Saturn, Jupiter, Rahu, and Ketu usually matter more for medium-term guidance than daily fast movements, unless the user asks about a short window.
Read from Lagna and Moon
From Lagna, transits describe external life structure: work, responsibility, relationships, family, resources, and health routines. From Moon, transits describe emotional experience, mental pressure, comfort, and subjective timing.
A Saturn transit may create practical responsibility from Lagna while also creating emotional heaviness from Moon. Both can be true.
Sade Sati with nuance
Sade Sati is Saturn's transit through the sign before the natal Moon, the Moon sign, and the sign after the Moon. It is often feared, but it should be read as a period of maturity, pressure, simplification, responsibility, and emotional restructuring.
Whether it feels constructive or difficult depends on the Moon's condition, Saturn's natal role, current dasha, age, life circumstances, and the houses involved.
Transit overlay method
Use a practical checklist.
- Which natal house is the transit crossing from Lagna?
- Which house is it crossing from Moon?
- Does it aspect Lagna, Moon, 7th, 10th, or the question house?
- Does it touch the current dasha lord?
- Does it repeat a natal pattern?
- What practical behavior fits the transit?
