PanditOne provides software for creating, purchasing, storing, and accessing Vedic birth charts and Kundli reports. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects other users, organizations, and platform security.

If an invited user later signs in with Google using the same email address, PanditOne may link the accounts so the user can access the same workspace.

The mobile app sells individual detailed Kundli and Kundli Match reports as one-time purchases through Google Play or Apple. The purchase screen shows the local price before confirmation. Review the names, birth dates, birth times, and locations before purchasing because each purchase is bound to the reading it generates.

Workspace subscriptions can unlock customer chart creation and other workspace capabilities. Non-payment, chargebacks, or payment provider failures may limit paid features.

For new domains, PanditOne may show availability and links to independent registrars. You purchase through your own registrar account and remain responsible for registration, payment, renewal, contact details, security, and transfer controls. Registrar prices and terms apply. PanditOne does not receive your registrar password or payment details.

Connecting a customer-owned domain authorizes PanditOne to configure it for the storefront after you add the displayed DNS records. You remain the registrant and may disconnect the domain, subject to DNS propagation and any registrar requirements.

Domains purchased previously through PanditOne remain subject to the registration, renewal, payment-dispute, and transfer terms accepted at purchase. PanditOne continues supporting those legacy registrations and their eligible renewals, but does not initiate new managed registrations.

Before publishing content, the workspace confirms that it owns the content or has permission to use it, including names, logos, photographs, illustrations, testimonials, trademarks, qualifications, and third-party materials. Testimonials and credentials must be authentic and must not be misleading.

Providers are responsible for obtaining any customer permissions required for communications and for handling customer information only for lawful, disclosed purposes. Providers must not publish deceptive, unlawful, unsafe, discriminatory, infringing, or privacy-invasive content, or present astrology as guaranteed outcomes or professional advice.

When a customer contacts a provider or requests an appointment through a storefront, the contact details, questions, and any Kundli link the customer chooses to include are shared with that provider workspace. PanditOne processes this information to operate the platform and deliver the requested workflow.

PanditOne owns the platform, interface, brand, and generated software experience. Users retain responsibility for the birth details, questions, and other information they submit. You may use purchased reports for personal or customer service purposes, subject to these terms.

The service may change as payment providers, astrology APIs, language models, storage providers, and workspace features evolve. We may suspend access or public publishing to protect security, prevent abuse, address rights or privacy complaints, comply with law, or maintain platform reliability.
